Building a Future From a Struggling Past

I've been in school for awhile, receiving my MBA as my latest degree, but I have yet to get that great job. My business is struggling from lack of cash flow, but I continue to hope for that one opportunity to do something great. My parents are not my excuse, but my motivation.  Believing that I can end this "generational curse" as they call it in the South, but it minus well be plain old bad luck or bad decisions.

       "For my son, I hope to build a stable future, with a struggle free path to college or to a career in the arts. As for my daughter, I hope for the same, but without manless claims. For them both, I would work day in and day out. Leaving my leisure time for them to tell me what their life has been about."

For me, I continue my education, seeking a Doctorate of Philosophy in Information Assurance, and a career to compliment. A career in Information Assurance and Information Security, as I hope to teach oneday, as I do now, along the way. Working a job, helping friends as I meet them, and for a season of gratitude and blessed in my time of growth.
